As a member of our staff, the Front Desk CSR/Cleaner plays a significant role in helping to transform the lives of club members by providing a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
Schedule:
Sunday 11pm-6am Monday-Thursday 8pm-3am Essential Job Functions:
Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities and communicate updates and events to members and guestsAnswer phones in a friendly manner, using the club information call scriptRespond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional mannerAssist in emergency medical situationsEnforce club policies and procedures with membersThoroughly complete cleaning checklist daily to ensure all tasks are completed.
This includes:
cleaning and sanitizing fitness equipment and gym floorcleaning and sanitizing the locker rooms, restroom facilities, shower facilities and locker areaproperly dispose of trash stock all supplies around club and in locker roomsreport broken or missing amenities or equipment (toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.
) to the Club Manager Job Requirements:
Prior customer service experience requiredSuccessful prior third shift experience requiredCleaning experience requiredHigh School diploma/GED requiredMust be 18 years of age or olderRepresent NFP Mission and Core Values Physical Demands:
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pullingMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Continual standing and walking during shiftFrequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shiftContinual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shiftWill encounter potentially toxic cleaning chemicals during shift.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
