Job Duties
Main duties of this position are responding to several in-coming calls and e-mails from customers regarding product available through website. The candidate will be using phone and computers with multiple screens.
Job Requirements
Must be able to communicate, multitask, have excellent grammar and possess outstanding customer service skills in a call center environment. Must be able to work flexible hours between 8am and 12am Monday through Sunday. Must be able to successfully pass background check and pre-employment drug screening process.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
