Description/Job Summary
The successful candidate will perform verification checks to ensure complete compliance with facility HACCP and Food Safety Program. Monitor/enforce Company /Facility Food Safety Policies and Regulatory requirements.
Day Shift
Responsibilities/Duties
1. Accurately review all HACCP documentation as describe in plan.
2. Accurately record findings observed during verification and pre-shipment review checks
3. Proficient in knowledge of facility HACCP plan.
4. Proficient in knowledge of facility SSOP and al pre-requites programs
5. Act as the plant liaison with USDA on immediate floor findings if needed
6. Additional task as assigned by supervisor
7. Perform additional GMP, SSOP, and Pre-requisite checks assigned
8. Notify and stop shipping as neede to prevent product with potential food safety or Regulatory issues from being shipped.
9. Support production in the development of, effectiveness, and the implementation of corrective actions.
10. Utilize decision making skills to reject/hold product.
Required Qualifications
1. At least 18 years of age
2. Legally authorized to work in the United States
3. Strong work history, worked for one employer for at least 6 months in the past three years
4. Willing and able to stand for several hours
5. Lifting up to 50 lbs
6. Willing and able to work in wet and extreme cold and hot conditions
7. Willing and able to work around dust, feathers, animals and various cleaning chemicals
8. Must have 6 months of service in their present job
9. Have 2 or less unexcused absences and 0active disciplinary warnings
10. Strong math and reading skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
