Schedule: Full-time, Sunday-Thursday (3-11:30 pm), Tuesday-Saturday (8-4:40 pm or 3-11:30 pm)
Location: On-site presence required in Milford, DE 19963

The Intake Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and implementing various systems, with a primary focus on managing inquiry/intake calls, conducting client screenings, facilitating admissions, and coordinating with utilization reviewers and case managers. Additionally, they collaborate closely with admissions and facility staff to ensure a high level of client and community satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
Regularly monitors SalesForce to identify pending admissions.
Generates potential admission files in the EMR system.
Uploads VOB, Pre-Admission Screening, demographic information, insurance details, and marketer/referral information in the EMR.
Facilitates the collection of necessary consents, identifications, and financial documents required for patient admission.
Converts Leads to Admits in SalesForce.
Updates the whiteboard with travel information, projected bed availability, patient description, and contact numbers.
Takes responsibility for intake processes.
Approaches clients, family members, significant others, and visitors with a respectful and caring demeanor, conveying a sense of concern and warmth.
Maintains updated competencies necessary for conducting client assessments.
Assists in coordinating travel arrangements with BHT supervisors.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree OR meets experience preference.
1-2 years of work experience in the field of substance abuse or mental health.
Preferences:
Experience with KIPU and Salesforce.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
