Engagement Case Manager - Peer Position

We promote hope and empowerment to persons and families touched by mental illness, substance abuse, HIV and multiple occurring diagnoses, and their related challenges.
What You'll Do at BCCS as an Engagement Case Manager:
Provide peer support services, serving as a client advocate.
Provide client information and peer support for clients in a variety of settings.
Support clients in living their own lives and directing their own recovery and wellness process.
Model competency in recovery and wellness Responsible for providing quality, sufficient, and appropriate services and for maintain high professional standards.
Educate and empower individuals by assisting them in developing a strong, stable recovery support system.
Assist individuals with self-care and self-awareness, encouragement and support, teaching coping skills, and teaching the positive benefits of long-term recovery.
This position supports clients utilizing app-based technology-enhanced care (TEC) services concurrent with treatment.
A commitment to recovery, choice, empowerment, and the ability to work with people with serious substance use disorders, mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders to find meaningful lives in the community is required.

High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED:
Valid driver's license with 2 points or less REQUIRED:
Must be a Peer.

Group medical, dental, and vision coverage with low employee costs 34 paid days off annually A retirement plan with a company match up to 4% Opportunity for advancement Salary:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
