School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Start Date:
ASAP End Date:
June 13th, 2024 Pay Rate:
Starting at $40/hr Hours:
37.
5 hours per week (Full Time) Caseload/Details:
Assignment across 3 schools:
2 secondary schools 1 elementary school A fellow BCBA will be covering another set of 3 schools.
Main responsibilities will heavily focus on consultation with Behavioral ILC Classrooms.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Education or Special Education.
National BCBA Certification.
Experience working across all age groups and a variety of behavioral challenges is a significant advantage.
Must be available to work onsite.
Key
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and design evidence-based intervention plans.
Consult and collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to provide guidance and training on behavioral intervention strategies.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
Provide ongoing training and supervision to behavioral support staff.
Collaborate with the other BCBA on staff to ensure a consistent approach and share best practices.
Document student progress and maintain up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Education or Special Education.
Valid National BCBA Certification.
Strong experience across different age groups and behaviors.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
