Assignment across 3 schools:
2 secondary schools 1 elementary school A fellow BCBA will be covering another set of 3 schoolsMain responsibilities will heavily focus on consultation with Behavioral ILC ClassroomsRequirements:
Master's Degree in Education or Special EducationNational BCBA CertificationExperience working across all age groups and a variety of behavioral challenges is a significant advantageMust be available to work onsiteKey
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and design evidence-based intervention plansConsult and collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to provide guidance and training on behavioral intervention strategiesMonitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as neededProvide ongoing training and supervision to behavioral support staffCollaborate with the other BCBA on staff to ensure a consistent approach and share best practicesDocument student progress and maintain up-to-date records
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Education or Special EducationValid National BCBA CertificationStrong experience across different age groups and behaviorsExcellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skillsWhy Travel with Spindle?
