Essential Functions:
Perform executive office duties:
Digitally organizing documents, maintaining records, tracking action items and follow-up tasks.
Coordinate and maintain Operation's Strategic Roadmap and strategic Initiatives status.
Provide support for special projects and initiatives as required, including research, data analysis, and project management.
Prioritizes conflicting needs handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Ability to act and work independently, organize workloads, set priorities, solve problems, work well under pressure with deadlines and proactively adapt to change.
Builds strong sustainable business relationships at various levels throughout organization.
Prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule.
Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns- including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Assists in coordination and follow-up for management team meetings, off-sites, and all hands meetings.
Manages and maintain accurate records and documentation, including operational reports and other critical documents.
Administrative Assistant Competencies:
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, expressing ideas clearly and actively listening to thoughts and idea of others.
Exhibit a team effort attitude and exceptional ability to work in a professional manner with employees, customers, and guests.
Actively coordinate with other employees and assist coworkers in efficiently accomplishing their tasks.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to consistently generate accurate reports and documents.
Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and frequently changing business activities.

Experience:
Bachelor's or associates degree, business administration, or a similar field is preferred.

years of experience in an administrative role.
Proficient within Microsoft Office including Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook Highly organized, a great multi-tasker with an intense attention to detail Proven analytical and independent critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Pleasant, professional, and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Prior experience working in retail automotive highly desired.
