Our Automotive Service Writer is responsible for overall commitment to client services for our dealership clients.

Meet and Greet Service Customers promptlyAnswer incoming service calls and schedule appointmentsAdvise customers of estimated service/repair costs and anticipated completion timeCoordinate repairs/service orders with TechniciansRecord and report issues to the Department SupervisorEnsure complete customer satisfaction by getting it right the first timeSuggest appropriate additional service to the customerOther duties as directedAutomotive Service Advisor
Qualifications:
Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team playerPrior sales and/or customer service experience requiredPrior up-selling experience a plusStrong verbal communicator in English and Spanish preferredMust be computer literateHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMust be available to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and SaturdaysMust have a valid driver's license and few to no points on driving record.
