The purpose of a Line Lead is to be knowledgeable of the area standard and requirements, and to enforce them. Duties include, but not limited to, the ability to communicate effectively and to work well with others, possess good math skills and be able to lift up to but not limited to 50lbs. This job may require working with chemicals and raw chicken.

Responsibilities/Duties
Demonstrate excellent attendance and current job performance.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures to include Food Safety, Quality, Human Resources, Medical and Safety. The Line Lead must promote and support all aspect of our Safety processes to include lockout-tag out and process safety management.
Follow instructions given by Supervisor
Required Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have at least six months of service in his/her present position, two or less unexcused absences and zero active disciplinary warnings. Mush be able to lift 50 lbs. Willing and able to work in the specified area which may involve extreme cold and hot environments, exposure to chemicals found in a normal food manufacturing facility and/or wet/damp conditions.
Weekend assignments may be necessary depending on business needs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
